The owner, Matt Mandeville is the rudest most unprofessional business owner I have ever encountered. He expects his customers to be sheep and follow every directive with no input from the customer. Either you follow his orders or you’re out. I was uncomfortable with parts of the treatment plan and instead of trying to make adjustments to make it comfortable for me I was told not to come back.
