The Lease stated that bicycles can ONLY be stored in a tenants storage room or apartment. The garage has ONLY one walkway between a set of poles and the storage rooms. This is where families walk to get to and from their vehicles. Sometimes groceries are carried in the walkway. The manager Jamie is a HOT HEAD. The owners support her low-integrity decisions. Dryers blow lint all over the breezeways. Staff will blow your outside rug into a linty ball. All vehicles are allowed to park in COMPACT ONLY spaces. Local cops also park their big vehicles in these spaces. These vehicles hang over into the parking lot and make it hard to maneuver around the property. Other parking spaces are very narrow. The regular parking spaces are super duper small-width wise. Pay close attention parking next to families with children that might accidentally "fling" their door open. The drop box opening is very tiny and hard to push documents through. The computer center has slow "clunkers" for computers. The apartments are nice, but you will pay a premium.
