Honest sales team. It was a pleasure to purchase a vehicle here.
If I could have chosen -5, I would have. Bought a great truck in June, Sales guy was great! We had to hire an attorney to get them to send the payment for our trade in vehicle! We accrued late charges and interest with a bad note on our credit!!!!! Now our registration was never sent to PennDOT!!! Temp, tags running out and they refuse to return my call!!!! Not professional at all!!!! Please be on top of them if you decide to still go here!!!! NEVER AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WOULD NEVER AGAIN GO HERE!!!!!!
Bill Mayhew was exceptional in his care of us during the sales process. The vehicle was exactly what we were looking for and his customer service and knowledge of Ford products was outstanding. Everyone at Kinley Ford are professional and friendly!
I assume I was talking to some manager, he seemed annoyed to be talking to me about fleet sales.
