Not a fan of previous ownership and management. Employees were top notch though.
Security wouldn’t allow access to the public charging station.
Came to charge my car on trip to Massachusetts and found out closed and seized by Bank.
I have had my Ford Escape here three times to fix the touchscreen while still under warranty. I have been waiting 3 months for a part to come in and now the dealerahip is closed indefinitely and the car is out of warranty. I was told the open ticket would allow them to fix it. Now I will have to pay out of pocket for something that should be covered by the warranty since it has been an issue for almost a year now. Very poor customer service.
Will never be returning to this dealership. Service department allegedly fixed my car. I experienced the same issue 3 weeks later after spending thousands of dollars at this dealership to find out that they were closing and couldn’t assist me. I took my car to another Ford dealership and turns out it was a completely different issue in the first place. Extremely unprofessional and will not be returning,
