I just for the 1st time came into this wonderful little shop. They have all sorts of great items in here. The help was amazing, I was going to a themed party and needed help finding the right outfit, they searched the entire shop to help me come up with the outfit (It was a hit at the party). I will be back often and tell all my friends! It is a great place for us to have in Tacoma, I hope she is able to stay here!
Hi, I would hate to say this but for those whom comments I have seen that were really rude and nasty and rude, and you call her rude. I am sorry but I have known her personally for at least a year now and she is the best. I understand that its opinion to say what you want. And you can but please don't be rude about, as the saying goes too wrongs don't make a right. Also never fight fire with fire.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. Consigning with her was NOT worth the trouble. If she has a sale and sells something of yours, it comes out of your share. When you ask her about it, she treats you like YOU did something wrong. She has no customer service skills what-so-ever. I will not consign with her again. Nor will I be her customer.
The owner of this store is unprofessional and not friendly. I will never bring another item to her store. I would rather donate it to Goodwill then share the proceeds with her. She should take a few classes in customer service, that would be a great use of her time. She doesn't update her website. Also, she will sell your stuff after the 3 month expiration time and not share the proceeds with you...that is ridiculous and unfair.
