i went in for a visit and the visit was fine. nothing extraordinary or unusual. i paid $300 for a new pair of glasses and was initially told i’d have to wait a week. then 2 weeks go by and i’m then told it’s actually a 2-3 week wait. so i wait another week and half which is then a month after i paid for my glass i’m told “i’m not the one who takes care of the glssses and i’m not sure if i can see them” so she tells me she’ll call me back after making a few calls. do you think i got a call back??? absolutely not. so i call at... read more
I understand life happens and assistants take off. I also understand we get busy and run late. But it doesn't hurt to communicate with the patients when running late. I wasted 45 minutes sitting there in limbo unknowing if I would ever be seen at which point I had to leave because unknowing if I'd actually be seen I didn't have all afternoon to waste.
Dr. Mandel is extremely competent. I was so happy with her. She came highly recommended.
