We recently purchased tissue culture containers through Mandel Scientific. We were told there was a delay in shipping but we would be notified when the package shipped. No notification was provided and we received the package unexpectedly. Upon opening it we were surprised to see only the lids included. We called and were told we only ordered the lids despite the product page having an image of the entire container. Additionally, the website has no description or warning specifying that we would be purchasing the lids alone.... read more

Very poor service, charged nearly $2500 to service the GC and the GC still does not after servicing it for the second time. Do not go to this company if you want your equipment serviced, it's just a waste of money.
Fast and friendly service, product arrived faster than anticipated.
