Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were one of the kindest, most caring staffs I've ever dealt with. The staff is cheerful and patient with questions and concerns. No matter how many people are in the office, they never make you feel that you are being rushed through. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually answer the phone and work you in for appointments when needed.
