This place ruined my eyebrow, clearly told her I always have thick eyebrows and she ruined it. The worst service ever, I have a date and now I look like a clown

It was a Sunday afternoon and my first time at Mandazzling. Upon my arrival, the only staff member was on a video call. While performing my lash perm, she was listening to her phone, playing music or short videos loudly right next to me. I found it very unprofessional, as there is plenty of noise around us. I have had my lashes permed somewhere else before and wanted to try a different place this time, but unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience.
I see Mani on a regular basis - she is great. Very detailed and great service.
My eyebrows look like shit I’m sorry but I literally ran to the bathroom after and cried. She also took about 30 seconds to thread both of my eyebrows (it should not be that rushed) she was also on a photo call the entire time seem like she was in a rush to get my brows over and done with
