My friend and I went here today and left very unhappy. First of all, we were waiting out the front for so long and nobody showed up. Ended up calling the number on the front and getting someone to come do our brows. We both got the brow threading + tint package. The service was very rushed, we were honestly in and out within about 10 minutes. The care factor this woman had was 0. I rushed there, but they were already closed. Their website says they’re open even after the shopping centre closes, so that was really disappointing.

I went here with a friend and honestly, I wish I hadn't. This was the worst experience I have had at any beauty service. Both my friend and I left with visibly damaged eyebrows and would never return. I paid $120 for a brow lamination and threading of the eyebrows and upper lip. My eyebrows came out with a literal perm. Over-processed, stiff, and nothing like what a brow lamination should look like. I followed the after-care properly.
