5/4/23 I came to Mandati in buffalo & Syed completely lied to me I spent $21500 & they couldn’t repair the jewelry in the time Syed promised he could do it then he tried over changing me thinking I’d agree to it .. There not good with customer service & they don’t like giving any refund or exchanges back there salesman not jewelers DO NOT GO TO THEM !!!!
