July 25, 2026, approximately 11:30 a.m. I have visited Mandati Jewelers many times over the years whenever I’ve returned to Buffalo after my military service, and until today I had generally had positive experiences. Today I visited to look at a two-tone Cartier Santos with aftermarket diamonds. The employee, who identified himself as the manager, quoted an asking price of approximately $24,000. Horrible service I have purchased over 6k in jewelry form them went in for a repair and they tried to charge me more than the charm was worth . I went downstairs to express jewelers got my repair for half the price and made a purchase I’m overly satisfied with. More so I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN EXPRSS Jewelers for THE WIN 🤏🤏. And they gave me a deal I couldn’t walk away from More so don’t waste your time here they are overpriced and poor quality

Went in for my husband wedding band . Oh my goodness I was really impressed how helpful and sweet they were. Mani takes care of me I highly recommend this jewelry store for any type of wedding jewelry etc you need . Thumbs up 👍 for them
