Extremely poor customer service. I had an automated text message sent to me saying I owed them money. There was no listing of the charges or any other information. There is no way to contact the office other than on Wednesday. The only way I was able to talk to a person was to pretend I was a New Customer. Also, during m crown placement, they did not use a proper amount of numbing agent.
