It’s an old building but it’s prime location & affordable. Been living here for 6 years already. The doormen & women are top notch. We could use some upgrades in the lobby but overall: I love it here
Please take a look at reviews of Bethel Management. Location is great but the building is always in need of repair. Management will lie and is extremely rude. I had flooding in my apartment and lost a considerable amount of money due to management and landlord.
