The king of beef pho. Won't go anywhere else for it.
This restaurant deserves a 10 star rating if there were such a thing!!!! Mandarin has the best food on the central coast and the atmosphere is always professional....they take care of there guests above board. My favorite always.
I am so disappointed in Mandarin Gourmet today. I have been a loyal customer for 12+ years. Tuesday I come at 11:30 and the door is locked and the place looks empty. A Asian girl comes running across the parking lot yelling we are open now. I decided I did not want to wait for the place to get going so I left - strike one.
