What a great addition to Lehigh Valley Health Network here in Scranton! Dr. Mandarano was very personable, which makes him easy to talk with. He was thorough and knowledgeable, taking the time to listen and explain. If he wasn't filling in for my doctor I would gladly have him for my primary doctor.
