We are extremely satisfied and happy with Azad and his team. They had decorated for a traditional event 7 years ago and last week for a sweet 16. Both the times they did an amazing job. We coordinated with Binal, one of their team member. She is the sweetest person I ever dealt with. Azad and his team truly exceeded our expectations. They understood exactly what we wanted and delivered precisely what we had discussed and shared through reference pictures. My husband and I didn’t even get a chance to visit the venue before the wedding, so we placed immense trust in Azad and Binal, and they did not disappoint. Mandaps by Dhoom exceeded all of my expectations! They did our wedding decor for our Mehndi night, Haldi ceremony, Sangeet, Hindu wedding ceremony, and American wedding reception. They went above and beyond with the decor for each and every event, and we could not be happier with how everything turned out. The new owners are awesome. Mandaps by Dhoom made our wedding décor absolutely perfect even better than we imagined. The mandap was stunning, and despite having an event the night before, Raj and his team started setup around 3 a.m. to make sure everything was flawless. Raj was also so accommodating with a monthly payment plan, which really eased the process. Truly went above and beyond, we highly recommend! Thank you!
We had a less than satisfactory experience overall. While the decor was acceptable and mostly aligned with our requests, the overall customer experience and interactions with the Dhoom team left much to be desired. There is definitely room for improvement in communication, responsiveness, and overall client engagement.
