We had a less than satisfactory experience overall. While the decor was acceptable and mostly aligned with our requests, the overall customer experience and interactions with the Dhoom team left much to be desired. There is definitely room for improvement in communication, responsiveness, and overall client engagement.
Mandaps by Dhoom was absolutely amazing! We hired them for an engagement party decor and it exceeded all of our expectations. Stunning work, and special thanks to Raj for being so kind, helpful, and accommodating! We will definitely be using Mandaps by Dhoom again for our wedding!
Mandaps by Dhoom went ABOVE AND BEYOND. We hired them for our home decor as well as our Garba event, and their work was truly incredible. With a few photos from us as inspiration and some photos of our outfits, the team delivered decor above and beyond what we had imagined. BUYER BEWARE. I hired Dhoom Decorators for my wedding and reception. The process of communication with Raj and his wife was pleasant and smooth. However, on the day of my wedding, around 10 of the tables had NO decoration on them (we paid for decoration on every single one and discussed in detail how many low vs high height decorations would go on each table).
