The apartment is nice, but the landlord is not tenant friendly. Raised rent twice during the pandemic, plus doubling the written termination notice in case you need to move.
Melanie and Ashley are amazing to work with. Any problems I had they were willing and able to fix within a decent time frame. The apartments are all well taken care of.
