Apparently, this vendor doesn't like people who come through Groupon. I'm not sure why she participates then. I had trouble reaching her to schedule an appointment. She didn't return my calls. When I finally arrived for my appointment she had me fill out a form and didn't even look at it. When the massage started she she asked me all these questions to initiate conversation during the massage. I let her know I didn't want to talk, but relax during the massage. Similar to other reviews here, my partner and I received rude and unprofessional responses to our inquiry for an appointment. I have a Groupon that I bought as an Xmas gift since Dec 2019, couldn’t use it because of the pandemic, and when businesses finally opened up, she refused to take it saying that “massages aren’t allowed in the current pandemic phase”. (Not true) Also,if you claim you don’t make any money using Groupon, DON’T LIST YOUR BUSINESS THERE. $50 down the drain. Don’t waste your time, there’s plenty more to ch... read more

Bonnie is the most effective therapist I have seen. As an attorney I work long hours sitting and I hold a ton of tension in my upper back and shoulders. I have also been in multiple car accidents over the years. An hour with Bonnie took away my pain and left me feeling like I've pushed the reset button on my tension. If I was located closer I would go twice a week! I also love the relaxing atmosphere of Mandalla and the beautiful artwork she displays by local artists!
