I paid $100 for an immigration consultation and was disappointed with the overall experience. When the scheduled time arrived, the lawyer did not join the Zoom meeting, and we had to call the office before he eventually attended. What was particularly disappointing was that there was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. Throughout the consultation, the lawyer appeared tired and uninterested.
