Very SHADY Cottages Apartments Landlord In General... SHADY SHADY SHADY Be Warned.... Feds Are Watching This Guy.....
My family member was a tenant and she suddenly passed. Peter Nascarella the land lord gave us a week to clean out the unit, but after 3 days demand for us to turn over the unit. He hired a crew and put the deceased belongs on the street corner. Very disrespectful! She was a model tenant for many years, but apparently Peter is more concern about revenue than dignity.
After the passing a friend who was their tenant they tossed her belongings to the curb that she worked very hard to obtain all these years like it was trash. The family hadn't even have a moment to morn the sudden passing of their family member. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Karma is all I have to say.
A quite sad incident.....but in Mandalays' defense. I was hired by the property manager to first: Meet with the relatives second: clear the contents of the apartment and third: clean the unit for future renters. The family informed me they had all of her belongings they wished to keep and to throw the rest away. They had expected a couple more days to clear remaining contents and clean the unit.
