I really appreciate the tour of the property. It was nice. Kevin did a great job of showing it to us. We love the spacious rooms and the view of the balcony was amazing. We look forward to spending time here in the future thanks, Kevin and Mandalay.
These buildings smell awful like dirt and mold. They leak when it rains, the plumbing never works, the water is always shut off and the outside is always full of trash. The property is poorly maintained and the management is as rude as they can get. I'd rather live in a ditch than move back into this dump.
This place is an absolute dump and the manager on duty is sexist. I do not appreciate as a female, being called "sweetheart" by a man I do not know, especially when he's in a disagreement with me. This person should be terminated, as this could easily have been seen as sexual harassment. And before you reply to this and tell me to call you to discuss..absolutely not. I don't plan to be called "sweetheart" or "baby" again by you guys.
