Very poor management!! the managers daddy owns the apartment complex so he got the job not based on skill! He could not manage his way out of a paper box. He does not answer his phone calls. Therefore, the response time is ridiculous. The dryer literally caught on fire. The fireman pulled it out and threw it in the grass. He then told the other tenants that they could use the other dryer while waiting for the other one to be replaced . Hello It is GAS!! all run on one line and it is shut off. Need I say more?
We had to put the plastic window deal over the sliding door that led to the balcony. The snow would literally come into the apartment. They refused to replace the door. Neighbors left trash outside of trash bin in parking lot. Management was friendly.
Great place to live. Stellar management and staff. They fix things in a timely manner. And phenomenal school district!!! 🤓
