This was my first time wearing hearing aids so I had no clue what to expect. David came to my house took his time explaining what he was going to do and what it took to complete the process. After two and a half hours the fitting was complete and I could not be happier with David and the way the process went. David was great from beginning to end, answering all my questions or more. What a great experience it was working with David.
