The absolute WORST pedicure experience I’ve ever endured. NO AC on a 90 degree day. I genuinely debated asking her to stop in the middle so thag j can pay for what she’s already done and leave. Massage chair? Didn’t work. The lady barely trimmed my cuticles which always sets me off. Time to go home and shower and rinse myself of the sweat I’ve been dripping for the last 45 minutes. I wasn't going to write a review about the unprofessional service, but then 2 of my nails fell off the day after I got them done. I arrived to the shop early and was the first one there at 9:40. They put acetone foils on my nails to soak the acrylic off while I sat in the pedi chair. One lady came in for a pedi appointment and was in and out, cool. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was really terrible. My niece and I went for mani/pedis. The pedis were fine, but the guy who did our nails was honestly the worst. My dip polish was lumpy in places, bald in others, and thick. So thick. At one point, I grabbed the nail file to try and fix it myself. Every time I pointed out a problem, the ‘fix’ made it worse.
