RecommendedI have been going to this studio since I first came to Sarasota fifteen years ago. While the studio has gone through several renovations over the years, the peaceful vibe remains the same. As does the level of excellence of instruction---my favorite teachers are Julie, Jane and Randall. The Yoga Shala at Mandala Med Spa consistently features yoga teachers with compassion and knowledge. Whether beginner or experienced yogi, I recommend this studio highly.
My first yoga home, surrounded by singing birds and ocean breezes. I did a beginner series here years ago and never left. Randall is a gem, an awesome, knowledgeable teacher who teaches yoga that will change your life for the better. Christy gives wonderful therapeutic spa treatments, and brings a smile and great life experience to her position as the yoga Director.
Beautiful Spa and amazing staff. We went for a girls weekend and our service was even better than we imagined! 100% recommend checking out this wonderful spa! I can’t wait to go back!!
