This was our first time there ... it was lunch time and my husband had the perch with green beans and a lovely salad. I had the Lemon chicken with herb pasta and it was to die for. The bread would be a meal by itself. Our waitress was Stephanie and she couldn't have been more helpful, sweet and good. We live in Michigan so now we have to plan to come back for dinner...which will be real soon. The room was beautiful, the linen napkins and lighting was just right. I booked a Birthday Party at Mancy's! I live in Chicago and of course the party was being held in Toledo! I was a bit nervous because I never had anything at Mancy's and was nervous because I had invited people there and had no clue as what to expect! Well they well exceeded my expectations!
