God awful follow up. 1st visit was pleasant. Tooth cleaning and 2 referalls were prescribed. Hygenist cancels cleaning 13 days after making appt, day before incorrectly saying I needed the referral 1st. I called to clear it up and eventually swung by when I was around. "Dr." Mancuso felt that by calling I was harassing his staff. I never acted upset. He asked me to leave and as I walked out he told me to find another dentist and pay for it with "all the money I've been saving" (don't know where that bitter comment came from)... read more
