God awful follow up. 1st visit was pleasant. Tooth cleaning and 2 referalls were prescribed. Hygenist cancels cleaning 13 days after making appt, day before incorrectly saying I needed the referral 1st. I called to clear it up and eventually swung by when I was around. "Dr." Mancuso felt that by calling I was harassing his staff. I never acted upset. He asked me to leave and as I walked out he told me to find another dentist and pay for it with "all the money I've been saving" (don't know where that bitter comment came from)... read more
Dr. Mancuso is Top Notch. From the first time I came there, I have been made to feel welcome. Dr Mancuso is a great one of the best dentists I have ever seen in my life. Through my own fault of not taking care of my teeth I have had to go the route of dentures and was hesitant for a long time. Dr. Mancuso and his staff of fine people are all welcoming and very friendly.
