Stay very far away from the sales manager, Kurt. Totally unprofessional and lied straight to our faces, causing us to sell a bike that didn’t need to be sold. It’s a shame, we really liked this dealership but we will not be back, and we will make sure to tell our friends to steer VERY clear from this place. You can expect a formal complaint coming from us and another dealership to corporate. Take your business to The Ranch Harley Davidson, it’s worth the drive.
I have bought three bikes here and I don’t want to think about all the parts and motor clothes but it is truly the BEST in customer service. I am a loyal customer!
