We have had 2 bad experiences with this location... we took our bike to get an inspection and they did the inspection on our old bike ... so we took them the paperwork and they would not correct it even though they screwed up.... they said we had to take the bike back to them. Yes we spoke to the manager and she is the one who screwed up... so good by Mancuso

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to make changes to state inspection paperwork unless the motorcycle is actually on site. That is a State law, not our policy. Of course we apologize for the error on the VIN, but as our Service Advisor said on Saturday, since we didn't have the correct VIN, we needed to see the motorcycle one more time. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

I went there to buy my first Harley after going to all other Harley dealerships in Houston area. Eddie the sales manager and his team made my experience amazing, can't recommend this dealership enough. You looking for a motorcycle and for a fair deal go see Eddie. Finance manager was very nice and didn't try to sell any extras and explained all options to me without rushing. Thank you Mancuso Harley!
