If you are looking to rent in the Dayton area, DO NOT rent from Manco Property Services. Nick and I applied for a rental and turned in our applications and processing fee before anyone else. A few hours later I was informed a second couple came in with full deposit, so they were moved ahead of us. When I inquired about getting my fee back, I was told it was nonrefundable because they processed us. Could someone tell me how that works?
