Manco built our house in 2006 in Lombard. Although we weren't the first owners we love our home. The quality is great and they have responded even years later when I had some questions on some of the materials used in the build. It has held up amazing and very solid compared to some cookie cutter homes that are built today.
These builders are shady. They are doing work as quickly and cheaply as possible. They bought a house that should be a complete tear down and are attempting to fix it. There is asbestos and mold that is not taken care of properly. The construction crew are jerks and the owner refuses to work with anyone on how to do work safely. They used to go by Polo builders and changed there name after being sued. Shady people!!!
These Indians are scam artists they use to be POLO builders they sold property in barrington and would take peoples down payments and never even build anything now they go by Manco.
