Horrible experience with Chris Manco - I hired him to paint my 85 year old mother's house/deck. He had me pay him in full (my big mistake) before he started the job. Long story short, I have been waiting since July 3rd for him to paint (my mom has a house that is now less than halfway painted), hearing lie after lie from this guy (too much rain, health issues, forgot it was a holiday). He has stolen $5,300 from my mom and I now have to take him to court. STAY AWAY.
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Chris Manco. If you make the mistake of hiring him, DO NOT pay him up front. Chris made so many excuses, promises that were never kept, and he left our house a mess. He made himself impossible to get a hold of, ignored calls, left his voicemail full, and took days to respond. I was shocked that someone would take advantage of customers who gave him money up front, but I know now that I was totally naive and have learned my very expensive lesson. Christopher Manco was hired to paint the outside of my home and it was completed a while after he was paid; he never returned to finish the touch ups on some light spots. He was hired to replace the roof of my house and was paid in August of 2018. After weekly excuses I let him know I needed my money back so I can hire someone who will actually do the job. Christopher was easy to schedule with, & responded to questions quickly. I was very impressed with the pride his company takes in their work and thrilled with the attention to detail! They also offer reasonably prices, and gave me the fairest quote out of 3 other companies!
