5 Star : My Experience The folks at Manci’s are consummate professionals. Our claim was handled quickly and proficiently. The process was seamless and they delivered our car back to us on time as scheduled, and cleaned beautifully. The manager Tony was great to work with and gave us updates throughout the the week. He was especially attentive to us, and should be rewarded for the magnificent job he does. Overall… wonderful experience despite the fact that our car was damaged. 5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality Took a while but from my communications it was not the fault of the body shop. Sourcing the parts was apparently complicated and those that arrived did not always pass specifications. My car looked like new when I got it back and that’s all that matters. They were also kind enough to clean the inside of the car which was much appreciated. 4.5 Star : Customer Service I didn’t get too many updates, probably because there were none.
