I went to Mancini’s on 11/10/25. I was pleased that Sean Moore greeted me and asked how he could help me. I explained that I wanted a firm yet giving mattress. He showed me some mattresses to try and gave me time alone to test the options. He would acknowledge me as I went throughout the store testing. I was happy that he was present to answer any questions without hovering. He was not like a car salesman lol.
