Bryan Becker was wonderful. Very courteous and professional. We enjoyed his service and made purchases of 2 mattresses.
We had the pleasure of working with Rubin Gonzalez at two different stores. He was very informative, an active listener regarding our different needs (one person needed more firm while the other liked a softer mattress) without being pushy and didn’t mind sharing the costs. Will was very knowledgeable and helpful and kind. He answered our questions and provided extra helpful information. He was very patient while we spent time feeling the mattresses. And no pressure to buy. The one downside was it was obvious someone was a smoker; not appealing, but not a deal-breaker.
