A contact passed their information along as we were in a jam to finish a dust collector install ASAP, they not only helped us out but went above and beyond with an impressive fast install
Contacted the company via phone call, shared what i needed to be done and provided information/pictures via email. Was given a rough estimate via email and decided to make the trip from over 40 miles away at 5am to meet at opening time 6am as suggested. I get there to learn that first of all they did not plan to receive my project when I explicitly requested and came to an agreement with them on a Monday drop off, and then to top it off the estimate was now double the original estimated price.
