good task I am addicted to the Crab Ravioli. They don't have it very often, but when they do, I'm in heaven. I gotta learn to call ahead and see if they have it. Last night was the Beef & Veal giant tortellini's with portabello mushrooms in a demi glaze sauce. It was quite yummy
good task Pizza. White, Margherita or meat lovers, they are all good. Alas, the pizza is what keeps this place from getting a 5th star. No matter what, the center of the pizza becomes soggy withing 2-3 minutes of having it plated. I really like a crispy crust all the way through. If you eat the center of the pizza first, the edges stay crispy until you get to them. Weird way to eat pizza, for sure.
nice work We've been going to Mancini's for at least 10 years, maybe a bit longer. Even though they close for several months a year, their business appears to be quite solid and they have a good following.
Not greasy I went there around 5:30pm Friday and ate at the bar. There was a nice crowd in there, seems popular with the locals. The folks next to me ordered 2 of the veggie pizzas so I got the same and a glass of wine. The pizza is very filling with alot of cheese and toppings. It wasn't greasy at all and I'd get it again. Friendly service and convenient to North O.C. and Bethany. I didn't look at the menu but the happy hour prices are a real bargain.
Pasta For my meal I tried the Capellini Ai Frutti Di Mare (Angel hair pasta with gulf shrimp and sea scallops sauteed in garlic, white wine, plum tomatoes and capers ) I even asked the waiter to have the Chef spice it up a bit, Fra Diavlo style, I think it added to the dish nicely. They gave a very generous portion on all our meals. Others in my party had Veal Marsala or Piccatta, they seemed to enjoy them.
The food is ALWAYS fantastic The food is ALWAYS fantastic and the staff is just as great. Every single time. They never let me down.

I will be coming back again. I ordered the shrimp marinara special, another friend had a crab appetizer, wedding soup, and seafood pasta. All the dishes were delicious and memorable. It was a great Italian food find at the beach. I will be coming back again.
