Probably the worst place to call for hvac. The tech that goes by buck is not qualified. The dude was just guessing what was wrong with a unit using wrong names for basic components of a system. The company also has horrible employees retention.
I can't speak for their work but I had the unfortunate opportunity to witness one of their ford ranger style (assuming runner trucks) driving on a VERY wet and rainy Highway 31 this morning, like it was a perfectly sunny mid summer day, driving AT LEAST 85-90 MPH (65 MPH speed limit, AND ITS RAINING), the vehicle weaved in and out of traffic, not using their blinker once. Call someone else.
