Terrible Plumbing Department. They replaced one of my toilets and stated that they would not be able to do the other one because the water wouldn't turn off. I contacted the Supervisor and he said that they would get back with me with a quote. I never heard from him. I had to call 4 times to get an invoice for what I paid the service man. The plumbing side must be contracted out and they are terrible. As for the electric side, I have never experienced problems with them.

Whoever drives this company car drove into my car. I came out of Kroger with you parked on top of me. Get away from me.

Probably the worst place to call for hvac. The tech that goes by buck is not qualified. The dude was just guessing what was wrong with a unit using wrong names for basic components of a system. The company also has horrible employees retention.
