Love this place and have been going here for years. Although recently the portions have gotten incredibly smaller ever since this new lady started working at the counter. She does not give you your moneys worth for portion sizes. As mentioned before have been going here for years and it was never like it is now.
FRAUD ALERT ! Notifying my credit card company asap. This location over charges without letting you know ! Be careful. Food was terrible, cold and old. The staff and ownership can learn a lot of customer service and how to cook properly from the White-Oaks location !
I ordered from them on DD and when they were out of what I ordered, instead of reaching out to me as the customer (DD policy) to ask if I wanted a replacement and what, they decided to change it on their own, didn’t write the change on the receipt, simply told my driver in passing (he then forgot). When I called to simply ask about the change so I knew what I was about to eat (I have a severe peanut allergy and wanted to be safe) they shoved me off the phone and told me it wasn’t their problem and refused to listen. Great location. Always fresh food, But every time I buy food from here, the staff are very stingy. They only allow 2 saucepackets per customer. When a customer is paying over $14 for an item, they expect to be able to have as much plum sauce or sauce needed. For their food to be joyful
