I ordered from them on DD and when they were out of what I ordered, instead of reaching out to me as the customer (DD policy) to ask if I wanted a replacement and what, they decided to change it on their own, didn’t write the change on the receipt, simply told my driver in passing (he then forgot). When I called to simply ask about the change so I knew what I was about to eat (I have a severe peanut allergy and wanted to be safe) they shoved me off the phone and told me it wasn’t their problem and refused to listen. Great location. Always fresh food, But every time I buy food from here, the staff are very stingy. They only allow 2 saucepackets per customer. When a customer is paying over $14 for an item, they expect to be able to have as much plum sauce or sauce needed. For their food to be joyful
I asked for beef and broccoli but they didn't have that combo for me. The owner/manager, an older Asian man, told me to hang on and they would make it for me. It's my girlfriend's favorite combo so I really appreciate the time they took to make my custom order.
