Found a hair in my black pepper beef. Tried calling the store number to talk with someone directly. No answer (it just rings) so I emailed head office. Someone replied with an offer of a gift card for my next visit, but I had to provide them with an email address…which I’m pretty sure I did because this reply was via email. Verified my email and haven’t heard from anyone since.
food needs more seasoning and less oil....everything is way too oily
It says wonton soup on the menu but they don't serve wonton soup. "We don't serve wonton soup at this location" they said. Weird. My meal was ok. They need to add some flavour to the noodles. Servers are nice.
The food was cold and I didn't feel the tease, I dont recommended
