June 28, 2025, 5:30pm. I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff. They were unprofessional and not helpful. I hope this can be addressed to improve future service. So decided to bring my whole family in wikki hut.
I went there today. When I was about to order they where talking to themselves, ignoring customers, at last i had to ask them where should i order my food. Bad customer service and bad employees
The box I got was better than most already made food
Ordered a garden box, then about 15 minutes after went up to order a side of chicken— totally unrelated to the first order. The lady told me no, said I can’t get chicken with a garden box. I said yeah, this is unrelated I’ll pay whatever the price is for a side of chicken. She literally told me no- would not serve me again. No name tag (convenient) but she was visibly the oldest worker at around 1:30 on March 30th. Terrible customer service!!
The owner actually argues with customers when his employees give them “extra” servings 😅 Unbelievable! You’d think he’d have a private talk with his employees, instead of make an ass out of himself in public like that!
