I visited the place today that is 13/09/25 at white oaks almost around 4.40 pm.the lady who served food behaved nice. The lady at the cash counter was very rude.she was mumbling herself always and when I asked her for the second time she repeated it in a very harsh tone.I really felt sad about that and couldn't really enjoy food because of this incident
It's good enough to get your North American Chinese fix or just a quick meal. Lots of options. Looked and tasted hot and fresh. Many people were lined up for this place, so it must be good enough. It's at the mall food court. What do you expect? Based on the competition, it could be a $1 or 2 cheaper. Then again it's London.
June 28, 2025, 5:30pm. I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff. They were unprofessional and not helpful. I hope this can be addressed to improve future service. So decided to bring my whole family in wikki hut.
