We purchased a custom dining room set and when it arrived we weren't happy with the way the base of table was made. Two chairs can be pushed in nice and snug against the table, but the two end chairs stick out way too far because the base stops them from going in. Eventually, we went into the store to browse and mentioned the design flaw of the table. The owner seemed surprisingly helpful, he said the base could be resigned, but he couldn't get to it until after Christmas and he asked us to send him pictures in the meantime.... read more
