Recently purchased our first hot tub. Mason and Shayne helped out every step of the way from explaining how it works to making sure if was delivered and set up. Customer service was great and definitely will be back for years to come. Thank you again guys for everything
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The service has been absolutely ridiculous. We waited an extra 4 weeks for our bedroom set, and the entire time I was repeatedly told, “For sure this week” or “For sure next week.” That same promise kept getting pushed back over and over. When we finally received the bedroom set, our mattresses and the power plugs that were supposed to come with the bed were missing. Our experience with Manchester’s in North Bay was very good. Information, quality, communication and delivery. Our order was a King Sterns & Foster mattress and a King bed fame. The day before our delivery the creek flooded and our mattress was part of the Flood damage. Shane and the Fella’s worked hard to get everything together for delivery, about 10 days after the flood they delivered everything, and assembled it in minutes. We are so happy with the beautiful sofas & leather chairs we purchased from Shane at Manchester. Quality, comfort & great looking furniture. Thanks for the plush pillows you included with the price. The young men who set it all up were knowledgeable & kind. You got it here before Easter too!
