For the most part, people are very friendly there
Stay far far FAR away from these clowns. I was ignored by my primary care team for over 3 weeks after my doctor no-showed my appointment, then the terrible patient advocate office also never followed up. I cannot stress enough how terrible this facility is even compared to other VAs up and down the east coast. They desperately need a congressional inquiry undertaken on them because not one employee there deserves to keep their job. Awful AWFUL place.
Horrible released all of medical records to a insurance company out of Florida without my knowledge or consent, after 2 days of phone calls I was offered to "talk to a social worker". The VA system is broken i have no faith left...Zero.
