I went there to dispose of some debris, and the track loader operator was very rude and disrespectful. Customer service could definitely be improved.
GREAT SERVICE
They whole team at Mancherster recycling are amazing material and pricing is very good see you guys on the next job Thank you for your service
I had left a message on their website and 20 minutes later, I got a request for a Google review. A few hours later, i had still not received the quote. I called the station and spoke to Billy. He verbally emailed me the price and i had it in my email in literally 15 seconds. That's customer service. P.S. He also think the the advance review request was weird. He hadn't even seen my email at that point. Never a dull moment.
