This changing the name and remaining unprofessional doesn’t make it better. I’m sorry I even had to select a star to leave this review. This place is so unprofessional I would never recommend here. Please save yourself some time and stress and find somewhere else. I made an appointment for today at 3:45pm the day before my appointment they called me to ask me if I could come in at 3pm instead because they had some cancellation. I told the person I spoke to that I can only leave work at 3pm so I won’t be there at exactly 3pm ... read more
This practice has to be the worst in notification to patients. There are NO doctors there any longer and the new one coming in isn't seeing patients until the end of January. I was told he doesn't have his insurance credentials yet. Dr. Petashnick is only doing surgeries and is about to retire next year. What has become of this once reputable office.
Dr Petashnick and staff used to be wonderful, now the last two eye doctors I've seen have left, leaving me with no one to see for a problem with my eye, terrible
I used to love this office - they were friendly, professional and flexible - they were bought out....and its all downhill. Robotic receptionist team who just keep repeating that they are booking into late 2024. After 10 years of excellent service I am left with an expired prescription - no access to my Doctor - and no ability to book an appointment for a year.
