Front Receptionist is very nonchalant and rude. Nurse and Dr on point but they must have changed Receptionist due to front not giving false information out and been really disrespectful. I was comin back but now change my mind due to a recent occurrence over the phone.
Hate them , on the phone with them about a problem on their behalf that they did wrong and they are acting like it’s my fault DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! I don’t even leave reviews but this is how far it has come to the unprofessionalism.
This office needs to get it together not only are you in the waiting room for 40+ minutes but once your called back your waiting in the room another 15-20 minutes which is ridiculous and I will be switching as soon as possible.
