This was my follow up with Melissa. I am couldn’t be more pleased and not to mention completely comfortable with her. Melissa is so down to earth and is knowledgeable not only about my concerns but my other medical issues that I have which I find so important. The receptionist is so kind (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name at the moment), but always so sweet. I go to the Londonderry office which is perfect for me!

I walked into this practice’s Tarrytown location on 5/27 for a routine 7-week pregnancy viability ultrasound. I was appropriately billed for the transvaginal ultrasound (CPT 76817), which I don’t dispute. However, I was also billed for a vascular duplex scan (CPT 93976)—which I absolutely dispute. The administrative team is welcoming and the waiting area is very comfortable- not as clinical-feeling as most! The care received is personalized, comfortable and thorough! They take the time to understand your needs, respond to them, and ensure you are comfortable with the outcome. Very professional, while also being down-to-earth and relatable! A really nice experience.
Had an IUD inserted and was very worried it would be painful because of the stories I have heard. Melissa did an amazing job and all I felt was cramping.
