On services at ER...my last visit was two years ago 2020. I fear going to that ER after that. The intake nurse was arrogant and lacked compassion. It was all like any regular business. When I was taken in. I had to endure the torture of a nurse who after many attempts to take the vein, she refused to call for help. 3/18/2022...Another negative experience at this hospital. I gave 3 stars because nurses and Tech staff are still good professionals. My problem began when I went to get reports of procedure at records dept. Well I guess those nice people I had known for so many years must have retired. I got used to true competent people.The new person there is a disaster. She is not only incompetent but her attitude won't help either. She didn't seem motivated enough to help me as a pts. and showed an unfriendly & arrogant attitude with me ... read more
Horrible hospital. Lost personal essential belongings more than han once. Unattentive staff. Friendly but incompetent. Do not go to Manchester Hospital.
