DO NOT MOVE TO THIS COMPLEX! The past year that I've lived in Manchester Gardens has easily been the worst experience I've had with apartments. From a bad roach infestation (which I'll now have to throw out half of my stuff to avoid moving them to my new apartment) to my new 2016 car being hit in the parking lot because management allows people to park on the grass. I lived here while going to graduate school and for the year afterwards. Had my hubcap stolen, maintenance man left my front door OPEN when he came to fix something and had a neighbor block me in my parking spot because he claimed it was "his" (there are no assigned spots.) The walls are thin and the bedrooms get VERY hot. Had to sleep in the living room where the air conditioner is.
ok no murder happened here. i know that for a fact it was a drug over dose. not like it's any better...but no one was murdered here. drug over doses can happen any where I have to say it has a bad roach infestation through out the whole place! do not move here!!!
If you enjoy people smoking crack, attempted break-ins, a murder in front of the rental office, loud music, and maintenance never fixing anything...by all means move in!
The apts. are rather large for a 2 bd., 1 bedroom is the same size overall I ws. told by management. Problem is my apt. has mold, horribly, poorly painted spots everywhere, looks like 1 quick layer is all, cheapest pain on the market is used. My bathroom ceiling caved in when I first moved in & I was pregnant in the middle of the night-after I had just left the bathroom. They do not fix things as needed promptly-when you call the office.
