EDIT: Even ending my lease has been a complete disaster. I have let them know over 5 TIMES in the past 2 weeks that I will not be renewing my lease (emails, completing 2 docusign forms because they “didn’t receive” the first one, phone calls) and these people are so incompetent that I keep getting harassed by them, saying that I’m going to get charged double rent soon because I “haven’t signed the correct forms.” They never pick up the phones and only answer emails when I email McKinley saying that I can’t get ahold of them.... read more

Price and place it's ok, the only bad thing it's the drunk drivers at the parking lot at night.

I love Manchester Apartments a very good very properties management is very good they go and make sure everything right they're honest anybody like to rent or gold and do things go to Manchester is very highly qualified for y'all to go ahead and do what you have to do they're very good people

Old, old building and too expensive for what it offers. Electrical issues, power kept going out and fuses going out but has OLD fuse bulbs instead of switches. unsafe power outlets. Plumbing issues, bathroom sinks don’t drain easily. Upstairs apartment had a water leak onto my ceiling, maintenance cut a hole in the ceiling to fix and left it like that until my lease ended — which allowed a moldy, musty smell and bugs in the apartment.
