RecommendedSarah is super friendly, nice, and took her time with my first visit. I didn’t feel rushed and felt like I could talk to her forever. All the front end staff helped me book my appt, answered on my questions on the phone, and even followed up after my appt!
The staff is rude, forget trying to actually talk to someone on the phone unless you have a 1/2 hour to wait. Dr Brodie held that business together so when he retired in my opinion it was the end for that practice.
Return your calls.....At the very least!
I've been with Dr Brodie since he graduaed from Med School. He has since retired. I had a question for the office and was on hold twice for over 30 minutes. What if I had an emergency????
They treat you so kindly that you know why they call it Family medicine !Dr.Kadman was not only my Dr.but my children dr.!Great people without a audience!Love them all !
I have been coming to this office for almost three years, luckily I don't need a doctor often. I would highly recommend going somewhere else! Always a long wait once you're in the room waiting on your doctor. I will be finding a new physician.
