I used to go there , I did like the place and the staff, but they have closed the place since January , their other branch is at chesterfield valley, too far for me. I have found a new dental office, I have called them twice to have them to send my records to the new office. Each time I call they get all my information and they say some one will contact you, but so far no one contacted me!
Best dental office in the greater St. Louis area, HANDS DOWN! As soon as you walk through the door, staff members are there to great you with a smile. The dental assistants, hygienist, and the dentist, Dr. Nathoo, are incredible! They make sure that you know if there are any issues, what your options are, but they aren't pushy AT ALL! I drive 45 minutes to go to the dentist... THEY ARE THAT GOOD!
I originally went to Manchester Dental to get a same day crown. After two weeks of getting the crown, I started having acute pain. Turns out that the crown needed to be cut down. Two and a half months after receiving the crown, I developed a consistent dull ache around my crown. I went to Manchester Dental to get examined. I was examined, and had X-rays taken. It is a great place to get your teeth checked. Pretty good reasonable prices for what they do. Staff members are very nice to the customers and they asked all the things what I need and helped me to figure out what to do or don't. Dr. Natalia is a sweet person and took really good care of my teeth and gave me all instructions to keep them healthy. I would totally recommend this place
The only reason I went here is because I lost my dental insurance and found an coupon online for this establishment which was a reasonable price for a cleaning. However, when they were checking my teeth, they kept suggesting work I "need" done which quoted me hundreds and hundreds of dollars! If i had that to spend, I'd have my dental insurance and use my original dentist. It's one thing if I felt they were sincere, but I just felt like they were trying to sell my things I didn't need.
