Currently renting here and so far the worst experience ever (I put 1 start cause I can’t make a review with 0 starts unfortunately)
Lived here for a year with a roommate. After about a month, my roommate was incarcerated. Management was notified about it, but payments were still being made, so there was no issue. Fast forward to the end of my lease. I accidentally auto paid a month of my rent (completely my fault), and discussed it with Jim, who said he would make sure I would get that extra month back, along with my deposit after 2 weeks. 3 weeks later, I had yet to receive my deposit. Laurel Pines in Marshfield. Honestly, didn't mind living here. But management is so hard to get a hold of. Upon leaving, I was told I didn't need a walkthrough and everything should be good. They then tried saying I owed them for extreme damages done to the unit. I asked for proof and it's been over a month since. I took plenty of pictures of my unit before leaving, which I sent to them. I sent emails and physical mail to the office asking for proof of the damages. Nothing. A month now after all that and I get another letter... read more
Lawyer up if you wanna live here as we should have. I wouldn’t even give it one star, this company told us that “ we don’t typically end contracts” even tho mold was growing on the exterior wall and that it was our fault for having cloths in our closet. I don’t recommend these apartments to anyone especially since they do very bad repairs. When they actually repair or do something about it.
